Thanksgiving is a time for gathering together with loved ones and friends, to make merry and feast on turkey and other delicious foods...It also is a time to be grateful and feel appreciation for all we have... So I thank every one of you for receiving and reading my newsletter and for desiring to make a difference in your life and your loved ones. Let us all take a moment to give thanks and appreciation for all the exquisite, bountiful things we enjoy, for all the loving people in our lives and our abundant health in this most prosperous nation and let's go further to include this Universe and God, whatever you interpret that to be. I wish all of you lovely Gods and Goddesses a Most Joy and Bliss filled Turkey day!!!

Due to the numerous inquiries that I have received as to the types of Tantric Yoga there are, I feel drawn to explain the 3 types... White Tantra deals with releasing dormant negative emotions, since all trauma and programming is locked in the body as muscle armor, which prevents us from seeing our real selves. It also involves integration of one's feminine & masculine energies, connecting the genitals to the Heart chakra... Red Tantra deals with directing sexual energy and also involves the male & female energy. Black Tantra is about dark energies and manipulation of others...
I teach a combination of White & Red because sex can be just so great but without healing the emotional part, as time passes, sex will become less passionate, become more mechanical and less frequent... I do not deal with or even acknowledge Black Tantra...
In the Taoist Secrets of Love, by Mantak Chia, it reads,
"A total orgasm of the body and mind might be described as a showering of nectar from the head, running down your insides like a springtime shower. It is a wave of subtle chi energy that breaks up muscle armoring, releases nerve and lymphatic tension, and opens up hidden powers of feeling."
