A Journey into the Heart of your Sexuality

"We must always change, renew, rejuvenate ourselves; otherwise we harden" -(Johann von Goethe)

Tantric Quote:
Never Repress Sex. Never be against it. Rather go deeply into it with great clarity...with great love. Go like an explorer. Search all the nooks and crannies of your Sexuality and you will stumble upon your Spirituality. Then you will become free. The future will have a totally different vision of sex for you. It will be more fun, more joy, more friendship, more play than a serious affair, as it has been in the past. Sex is just the beginning, not the end. But if you miss the beginning, you will miss the end also." - OSHO

Favorite Romantic or Spiritual Film to Rent or Buy
The Bill Murray movie is actually a remake of a 1946 classic starring Tyrone Power--same name "The Razors Edge." It's based on the novel by Somerset Maughm. Both the novel and the original movie are excellent. I would certainly recommend either the novel or the original movie for those seeking enlightenment.

Tantric Book to read
"Tantric Quest" an encounter with absolute love, by Daniel Odier, one of France's most honored writers. In the year 1968, Daniel left Europe for the Himalayas at 23 years old. It was there that he discovered Tantrism, the only ancient philosophy to survive all historical upheavals, invasions and influences to reach us intact by uninterrupted transmission from master to disciple, and the only one to retain the image of the Great Goddess as the ultimate source of power. Entire Tantric lineages have followed great women Masters and even today numerous female yogis continue to transmit this age old wisdom...The texts clearly state," What a man Tantrika realizes in one year, a female Tantrika attains in one day." On page 52, is the answer to the question, "why do we lose this capacity for wonder?" "Because the little gray men come to reside in the consciousness. Education, society, sick love, hate, desire, jealousy, ambition, mental and material quests- all these things make us strangers to ourselves. We think only of copying, imitating, achieving new states, and whether or not our desires are fulfilled, we lose the happiness within us. If man knew that he himself was God and heaven and hell, no illusions would have a hold on him; nothing could limit his consciousness...

-- Female Prayer --

Before I lay me down to sleep, I pray for a man, who's not a creep. One who's handsome, smart and strong, One who's loves to listen long. One who thinks before he speaks, When he says he'll call, he won't wait weeks.

I pray that he is gainfully employed, When I spend his cash, he won't be annoyed, Pulls out my chair and opens my door, Massages my back and begs to do more. Oh! Send me a man who'll make love to my mind, Knows what to answer to "How big is my behind?" I pray that this man will love me to no end, And never attempt to hit on my friend. Amen.

-- Male Prayer --

I pray for a deaf-mute nymphomaniac with huge boobs who owns a liquor store. Amen.

P.S. OK, the male praying isn't yet a Tantric expert, but we thought his out-there sentiment cute as well as sad.

Tantra Tip
The 7 Chakras (click here for glossary definition) are your roadmap to Ecstatic living and True Balance. Let's review the fifth one, the throat, its Sanskrit name is Visuddha.. This chakra rules your communication, creativity, connection and personal intention. A common imbalance is when one refrains from expressing oneself or one's needs. Think of all the times as kids we weren't allowed or were too afraid to speak what we felt. This chakra can also be out of balance the opposite direction where you feel angry and express yourself too much.... Learn to express yourself from your heart and to set boundaries for others...Affirmation: I express myself easily and communicate honestly.
