"Swept Away" starring Madonna. Interestingly enough this is a contemporary adaptation of the 1974 Lina Wertmuller's romantic comedy, "Swept Away", a story of love, sex and too much money, all set against the back drop of a spectacular Mediterranean island paradise. Madonna stars as a rich, bored and unhappy socialite who gets stranded on a desert island with a handsome younger Italian fisherman and the Passionate Transformation that unfolds... Definitely worth it to get the original one if you can find it since it contains scenes that the other doesn't.
